In GeoGebra can also “insert” a hyperbola via input field, and use a slider to change the constant a in the equation for the hyperbola .

How to do:

1. Insert a slider using. -button.
2. Ændr fx intervallet til min. -50 and max. 50.
   
3. Press use.
4. Type the following into the input field (you turn the input field below menu show)

   a / x

5. Press .
6. Træk teksten f(x) = … onto the drawing pad.
7. Try dragging the slider a.

Tip!

You can tap the slider and then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to change the value of a.
